ESTABLISHING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT (Individuals, please go to levillage.com): Must apply for credit by supplying banks and trade references. Please use VILLAGE IMPORTS credit application and mail to the VILLAGE IMPORTS Brisbane corporate office. Processing of credit application takes one to two weeks from receipt of application. Without established credit, payment is due upon delivery.

Terms: Net 14 days.

DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

Greater San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles: Minimum $150.00 for prepaid delivery via VILLAGE IMPORTS trucks. Orders below $150.00 can be picked up at VILLAGE IMPORTS Warehouses or delivered at the cost of $10.00 per delivery. Or shipped throughout U.P.S. or FedEx.
All other states: Are sold on a FOB S.F. warehouse basis. Orders over $750.00 shipped freight collect.
Distributors: Always sold FOB S.F. or L.A. warehouse.

DELIVERIES MADE WITH VILLAGE IMPORTS TRUCKS:

At time of delivery, make sure that you count every item and (or) every case delivered to your delivery address.
Any discrepancies should be noted on the bill of lading or invoice. It is important that you do this before our driver leaves your premises.
All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery date.

DELIVERIES MADE WITH COMMON CARRIERS:

At time of delivery you must count the number of cases you receive from the trucking company. In case of a shortage, it should be noted on the delivery receipt.
To ensure your right to claim, you should:
   Call the shipper and give him details of your claims.
   Follow up in writing to notify and file your claim.

Should there be any damages upon receipt of your order or while opening the cases again you should notify the carrier in writing and file a claim. It is the Freight Company's responsibility to get the merchandise to you in good condition.

ALL OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES are shipped freight collect.
